        <copy>After graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Graphic Design in 1994 Darran quickly established himself as an Art Director at Mojo Partners. Since then he has worked at nearly all the major agencies in Auckland; Generator for 3 years, Colenso for 3 years where he became Head of Art and DDB as Senior Art Director for 4 years.  Over this period Darran has done award-winning work on major accounts such as Holden, Cadbury, McDonalds, Sky TV, VW, Effem Foods and Lion Breweries to name a few. With over a decade of full time work and numerous awards to his name including Axis Golds, Cannes Silver Campaign, Effie Golds, Darran decided to give freelancing a stint in 2008 before finally being lured back to full time work at Ogilvy &amp; Mather over 3 years ago.</copy>

Greg chairs the New Zealand Communications Agency Association's Digital Leadership Group and runs 'Glug' New Zealand – an after hours social club for the digital and creative industries where new thinking is championed and shared.</copy>

Weaving together his skills, in fine art and graphic design, Jamie aligns these metaphors within a broader cultural context. His artistic process often involves pioneering new techniques, resulting in cutting edge art and design. Jamie has a great respect for the natural environment and adheres to the philosophy of reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible. Jamie has 20 years experience in the fields of Art and Design, and has worked for a number of organisations, marketing positive social change.         <copy>The pioneer of Mãori branding, Jo established Tohu Wines for the Nelson based orcharding giant, Wakatu Incorporation, as a ‘toe in water’ response to the pip-fruit industry deregulation in 1991. Replicating the same model for himself under the Tapata (Stafford) label for over a decade, he exported his range of Marlborough varietals into 16 countries before succumbing to testicular cancer. This awakening coupled with the resulting birth of his IVF twin boys set him on his current life journey, imbuing empathy &amp; resilience to deficit raised teen boys through the not4profit, Taane - Living outside the box.</copy>
        <copy>A Scenario Planner by profession, prior to establishing Tātou, Jo consulted to Post Settlement Government Entities, Iwi Trusts, central and local governments and a host of primary sector clients developing their understanding of a post settlement era in their region, in their sectors. Jo's Scenario Planning has front-footed the thinking and planning on several large infrastructural projects around the country such as the half billion dollar Hawkes Bay Water Storage scheme as well the recertification of hazardous substances that our multi-billion dollar primary sector rely on.</copy>

        <copy>Karla joined the Navy as a fit 19-year old in pursuit of a big challenge where her training pushed her to new limits – physically and mentally. Specialising as a Sonarman, she was the first female to graduate from this role in the Royal New Zealand Naval history. After life in the Navy, ten mature years in the advertising industry later, Karla is now a leading Senior Designer on our team. In fact, she was an integral part of the brand development process for the Tātou business.</copy>

        <copy>Kereti started in the Film and Television industry as Facilities Manager servicing top Advertising Agencies and Production Companies from around the world as well as New Zealand. Moving onto Post Producer, he has learnt everything, from 'acquisition to exhibition'. As Facilities Manager at Ogilvy &amp; Mather he managed four edit suites, an audio suite, and also welcomed extra responsibility as Post Producer and Agency Producer. Today his role is extended to Creative Service Manager, with a capacity of 8 creative teams and a dozen designers. This role is instrumental to our Agency.</copy>

Since moving to New Zealand Rachel has gained 7 years experience within the Advertising sector. She now manages our studio department – the largest artwork studio within Australasia – with over 30 Mac operators and designers. Rachel is an invaluable member of our core business.</copy>

A successful storyteller of Māori legends for children through art Rewi is also an award winning singer / song writer who along with his band Te Aratoi won the award for best Māori music in 2009. Rewi ensures <![CDATA[<em>tikanga</em>]]> is practised throughout our design and production processes drawing experience from his time leading the M&amp;C Saatchis 8 year relationship with Māori TV - where he developed many of Māori TV's brand assets, including the logo. He has recently managed the 2013 campaign for New Zealand Electoral role.</copy>

Kahi has directed TV documentaries (<![CDATA[<em>The Flight of Te Hookioi</em>]]>), award-winning shorts - warrior tale <![CDATA[<em>Taua and The Speaker</em>]]> - and most recently the Kiwi movie <![CDATA[<em>Mt Zion</em>]]>.</copy>
